There's no setup fee, and support and answer updates are included at no extra cost for as long as you subscribe. You pay the first three months upfront, which covers the build. After that it's month to month with 30 days' notice. If a chat assistant reaches its monthly answers, it shows your contact details instead until the next month, and you can move up a plan at any time.

Questions

Will it make things up?

We set it up to answer only from your own information, such as your services, prices, opening hours and policies. When it isn't sure, it hands over to you instead of guessing. We test it with real questions before it goes live.

What does it cost?

Chat starts from £39 a month for up to 1,000 answers, or £69 for up to 3,000. The phone assistant is £149, and both together are £199. One monthly price covers the build, hosting, support, updates and the platform's running costs. Support never costs extra. There's no setup fee. You pay the first three months upfront, then it's month to month with 30 days' notice. The phone assistant includes 300 call minutes a month, then 20p a minute.

What about GDPR?

Chats and calls are personal data. We add the right wording to your privacy notice, a short message telling people they're talking to an AI, and sensible limits on how long conversations are kept.

Can it book appointments?

It can send people your booking link or take their details for you to call back. Booking straight into your calendar depends on the booking system you use, and we'll check that on the free call.

Will my customers know it's AI?

Yes. We always make that clear at the start. It should feel helpful and quick, not like it's pretending to be a person.
