Good to know

Do I have to approve every post?
Only if you want to. By default nothing goes out until you tap Approve. If you'd rather not, tick "post without asking me first" and the posts go out by themselves. You still get the email and can change or cancel any post before it goes out.
What if I don't have photos?
That's fine. Your social media manager makes a picture for each post, in your colours, so it can go on Instagram and TikTok too. It's made by AI and checked before you see it: it never shows your real work, staff or customers, and it's labelled as AI where the network asks. Prefer your own photos? Send them in and they're used instead. Or keep any post text only.
How many accounts do I get?
Three are included, for example Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile, which is what most local businesses need. Want more? Each extra account is £5 a month, up to 7, so you can be on every network we post to.
Will it sound like me?
It writes in plain, friendly British English from your own business details. Tell it how you like things worded and it remembers. You can edit any post before it goes out.
Who owns my accounts?
You do. You connect them yourself and can disconnect any of them at any time from your page. We never get your passwords.
How do I cancel?
Email us any time. During the 14-day trial you pay nothing. After that it's 30 days' notice, with no minimum term. When you cancel, we disconnect your accounts and stop posting.
